A true Digital Twin visual tool for cities and districts using real mobility, built-up and grid data to enable the assessment of the impact of PV and EV-mobility scenarios in the energy balance. Cities interested in using the service will provide data about their current EV charging and PV generation infrastructure so that an instance of the Local Digital Twin can be deployed. Cities will be able to analyze the interplay between PV generation and EV-charging consumption patterns and simulate predefined what-if scenarios.
The LDT for electromobility allows modeling additional problems not considered in the predefined scenarios, connecting data and models co-created with the TEF users with smart visualization components.
The LDT for electromobility is a webbased tool operated by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST).
