- Scoping of a virtual scenario creation to analyse and test a selected scenario. A scenario that reflects a city challange. Combinations of data-sets and AI are to be explored and analysed creating new insights and answers to the challange. The scenario will be created and demonstrated in an application layer (e.g. simulation, 3D visualization, prediction, etc.) to support desicion-making and impact assessment. Scenario formulated and designed for better impact assessment and decision-making support.
